Good morning Kathy,
Thank you for the recipes.
I make dinner serveral time a week.
I am going to make the pizza and the chicken strips for dinners.
The No Fault Mocha Frappucino sounds delicious, though it will have to wait until it warms up here.
Cordially,
Peter Tibma
PS: My uncle Mike sent a picture taken at Thanksgiving of the "whole family" ". You and your family look terrific.
I would be proud to have a daughter like Paige presented. During my high school years in Tampa, I was fortunate to escort a young lady for her presentation. I hope that Paige was as excited as the debutante that I escorted.

Stephanie...thanks for bringing up your fond memories! And my mother would probably die remembering she let us get Peanut Butter Captain Crunch. But I guess we made up for that with all those veggies. It was fun to spend all that time outside. Be well. Kathy

I love this! Such memories! However, I do remember being at your house and having Peanut Butter Captain Crunch cereal, which was a REALLY big deal! But the BEST memories are of picking berries, beans and sunflower seeds! I reminisce of those days with my son, and he is sooo jealous! We had some really great times on that farm!

This sounds great. Now that I think about it, raisins and green lentils would be a startlingly good combination. I'm giving this a shot the next time my wife asks for a vegetarian main course. (Not that it happens often, but it does happen.)

This sounds really good. My standby has been Molly Katzen's recipe for Brussel sprouts out of her "Get Cooking" beginner's cookbook, but the goat cheese seems like an inspired touch. Gonna have to try it!

Sounds great! I also like to stir fry brussel sprouts with olive oil, a little garlic, a little sea salt and balsamic vinegar. Even my husband, who hates brussel sprouts will choke a few of these down!
